Method 1:

1. Rinse and clean your Sea Moss thoroughly with spring water. Run your fingers through the Sea Moss to remove any ocean particles.
2. Transfer the clean Sea Moss to a medium saucepan.
3. Cover the Sea Moss with spring water.
4. Cook it over medium heat for 10-15 minutes until the Sea Moss becomes soft and forms a jelly like consistency.
5. Remove it from the heat and reserve the water for blending.
6. Transfer the sea moss to a heat-safe blender or wait until it cools down. You can add more spring water depending on your desired consistency. 
7. Blend the sea moss until smooth.

Method 2:

1. Rinse and clean your Sea Moss thoroughly with spring water. Run your fingers through the Sea Moss to remove any ocean particles.
2. Place the Sea Moss in a glass bowl and cover with spring water and the juice of a few key limes (optional) to balance out the Seamoss taste. Let it soak for 4-24 hours. 
3. Remove the Sea Moss from the water and place it in a high-speed blender. Then add a few tablespoons of fresh spring water. Add the spring water gradually to prevent you adding too much water at once, causing watery sea moss. If the sea moss is too thick add a few additional tablespoons of spring water.
4. Blend for at least 3-4 minutes or until desired texture is reached.
5. Place Sea Moss Gel in an airtight, sterile glass jar and refrigerate for up to 3 weeks. 
6. Add 2 tablespoons daily to smoothies, teas, soups, stews or incorporate into your skincare routine!

Please store the dried Sea Moss package away from direct sunlight, at room temperature & in a dry location. The dried Sea Moss will last up to one year if stored in appropriate conditions. Once turned into the gel, please keep in an airtght, sterile glass jar in the refrigerator. Consume within 2 weeks. Alternatively, store the gel in the freezer and consume within 3 months.
